Small Church Media ("we," "us," or "our") operates smallchurchmedia.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By submitting your email address on the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

When you sign up for our free checklist or launch notifications, we collect the email address you provide, along with the date and source of your submission. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, which uses cookies to collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed and approximate location (country, state, and city, derived from your IP address, not your exact location). We also record, for both email submissions and anonymous blog page views, the referring website or campaign (if any) that brought you to the Site and an approximate location derived from your IP address in the same way, for internal reporting on where our traffic and leads come from. We do not retain raw IP addresses. This information is used only for our own internal reporting and is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. We do use Google reCAPTCHA on our forms to block spam and bot submissions, which sets a cookie and operates under Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Google Analytics likewise operates under Google's Privacy Policy.

How We Use Your Information

We use your email address to:

• Send you the free checklist or resource you requested
• Notify you when Small Church Media officially launches
• Share helpful tips, stories, and resources as we get to know your church's needs
• Share occasional updates about Small Church Media products, services, and promotions that may be of interest to you

We will not send you communications beyond these purposes without your consent.

Your Choices & Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link so you can opt out instantly. You can also opt out at any time by emailing us at smallchurchmedia261@gmail.com and asking to be removed. We will honor your request promptly and will not send you further emails.

How We Store & Protect Your Information

Submissions are stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers (such as our email and hosting providers) solely to operate the Site and deliver the communications described above.

Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
